Our Policies

• Minimum £10 Deposits are required for all treatments. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• You must me 16 or over to have a treatment done by me.

• No Children are allowed to attend appointments.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and your deposit kept.

• If you fail to show or inform me that you won’t be attending your appointment before the start time, you will be expected to pay the remaining amount for the appointment. Future appointments will not be accepted if you fail to do so.

• We are unable to offer infills on any treatments done by different businesses. Should you attend an infill appointment with lashes or nails done elsewhere the appointment will not be able to go ahead and you will be expected to pay the remaining amount for the treatment.

Please understand that these policies are in place to protect me and my business. I am self employed so reliant on appointments for my income.
